Discover Your Leadership Potential and Suitability. Are you Ready? Leadership requires a specific skill set for the 21st century. This workshop, presented by Dr. Marcel LeBrun, will help you self-assess and understand the characteristics of a successful leader. Leadership involves working with difficult people, changing skill sets and an excellent sense of awareness and readiness. Workshop is appropriate for new leaders, developing leaders or anyone who wants to know more about themselves and the possibilities of leadership.
